Visit Discovery Point & RRS Discovery and Verdant Works Museum for £3 each this January, to reconnect with Dundee’s inspiring heritage and step back in time to the city’s past.
Walk in the footsteps of Captain R.F Scott and Sir Ernest Shackleton aboard the Royal Research Ship (RRS) Discovery, get up close to the Dundee-built ship as you’ve never seen it before as we continue RRS Discovery‘s major conservation, and uncover 100 years of stories as we mark the ship’s ‘RRS’ centenary celebrations.
At Verdant Works Museum, delve into Dundee’s industrial legacy, as the tales of its millworkers are shared by local volunteers with working machinery and more, inside a beautifully refurbished 1833 jute mill in the heart of the city.

Offer valid only from 3rd January 2025 until 31st January 2025.
£3 entry per visitor at each museum. No pre-booking required.
Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
Visitors are asked to bring proof of Dundee address and corresponding photo ID for 1 in every 2 adults in your party (aka driving licence, bus pass, utility bill, council tax bill).
£3 admission is valid for single entry to Discovery Point or Verdant Works Museum only, not annual pass. Not applicable for Joint Pass.
For the purposes of this offer, Dundee is an address within DD1-DD5 postcode. DD6-DD11 are not applicable for this offer.
Offer applies to Adult tickets and Child tickets at Discovery Point. Kids aged up to 16 go FREE at Verdant Works Museum, when accompanied by a paying adult.
Offer does not apply to education visits, led visits, community group visits, or group bookings.
