A series of photographic abstractions of water, in two of its states, liquid and ice, by local photographer Abi Warner.
An ongoing project for the last ten years, Abi has sought to capture the chaos and complexity, inherent in the behaviour of water, from the complex liquid geometry of ocean waves splashing against rocks, to the chaotic patterns of tides. Abi’s pictures of ice, show amongst other things the otherworldly landscapes of ice patterns on a frozen pond.
