Calling all creative explorers! We’re so excited to welcome local artist Kitchimama (Rio Moore) for fun-filled summer craft workshops inspired by the oceans.

Roll up your sleeves and wear old clothes – we might get messy!

Rio is an experienced tutor with a demonstrated history of working in the museums and institutions industry. She is currently employed as a Freelance Artist by the DCA in Dundee on their Art at the Start program and Family Art Club. Forgan Art Centre, The Larick and Discovery Point. Community engagement and the benefits of Art on mental health and well being are key to her practise.

Please note:

Children must be accompanied and space is limited – one adult per ticket.

Please ensure children are dressed appropriately for active/messy play.

Tickets to the Art Workshop do not include admission to Discovery Point or RRS Discovery. If you wish to visit the museum, you can purchase an Unlimited Pass online that allows entry for a whole 12 months from date of purchase. Save 10% when you buy online.

Cancellations may occur due to circumstances out with our control or where they do not reach the minimum number of participants required. Events which do not meet the minimum number of participants will be cancelled no later than 7 days in advance.
