Dive into Scotland’s whaling past with Caroline Hack (artist), Matt Ylitalo (PhD, University of St. Andrews) and the Discovery Point team!
Take in a tour of Scotland’s Whale Road exhibition, with an opportunity to hear more about the many intricate textile works on show in the exhibition and created by Caroline Hack; bringing stories from ancient whaling practices and RRS Discovery‘s whaling connections to life.
The exhibition tour will be followed by a Q&A with Hack and Ylitalo, offering a fascinating opportunity to hear more about the history of whaling and how the industry shaped Dundee’s ports, ships and future.
