Transaction Currencies

All prices are quoted in £ sterling and no other currency will be accepted.

Payment Cards accepted

We will accept payment from the following cards:

• Visa
• MasterCard
• Maestro

Refund Policy

You may cancel the order for tickets at any time within seven working days, beginning on the day after you received the confirmation of tickets. Cancellation of orders will only be accepted if an e-mail is received by Dundee Heritage Trust at admin@dundeeheritage.co.uk within that seven day period.

The email or written notice must contain your order number, name and address. Dundee Heritage Trust will confirm any cancellation by email and will repay you within 30 days from receipt of your cancellation without any further charge to you.
