Group Visits

We welcome private groups of any size to our museums. Our venues offer group discounts for groups of 15+ visitors.

  • If you plan to attend as a self-led group of 15 people or more, please book in a minimum of seven days in advance before the visit
  • As part of a group visit, your ticket is valid all day, whether visiting as part of a tour or self-led
  • If you’re a travel company booking a group visit, we may be able to offer out-of-hours museum access
  • Additional Accessibility information for Discovery Point and Verdant works can be found in the Accessibility section
  • Free coach parking is available at both of our venues. Parking spaces cannot be booked and is available on a first come-first served basis
  • Verdant Works has a car park, with free parking for visitors. There is free coach parking on Miln Street, subject to availability. Discovery Point has a car park adjacent to the building and parking fees apply. There is free coach parking. See Dundee City Council car parks & fees

Our opening hours vary from Summer to Winter. For travel trade groups, we can on occasion allow exclusive earlier access.

How long is the recommended visiting time?

We recommend at least 1.5hours.

Do you have coach parking?

Yes, we have free coach parking right beside Discovery Point.

Do I need to book before arrival?

Group bookings must be pre-booked in advance.
